Light-sensing technology based on scattered light principle with light transmitter and photoelectric receiver in a measurement chamber. Light scattered by moving particulates (Tyndall effect) reaches the receiver and is converted into an electrical signal. An optical signal from the smoke detector indicates triggering and the built-in alarm filter reduces the number of false alarms. The smoke detector is compatible with the SHEV control panel systems RAZ K and RAZ 900 and provides line and short circuit monitoring thanks to a two-wire connection. Approval number G 207123 as per EN 54 Part 7.
