The innovative drive technology first successfully introduced in the familiar PRIMAT kompakt 195 is now being used in other drives. All opening technologies for window and façade elements impress due to their compact design, whisper-quiet operation, high performance and network functions. Drives can be configured and activated using a HAUTAU WLAN Box, allowing them to be operated easily and intuitively on a tablet PC or smartphone. The new HAUTAU ConfigTool can adjust parameters such as the opening width or speed electronically at any time.

Usable for many applications, the HAUTAU SKA20 chain drive for automated façade elements has been transformed into the HAUTAU SKA20 comfort drive thanks to extended functions. These extra features ensure that the new HAUTAU SKA20 comfort drive is eminently suitable for smart building concepts. The innovative technology enables the drive to offer network functions without the need for additional control components. If several drives are used on a single structural element, this technology ensures that the drives detect one another and open and close in synchronised mode. This even allows users to activate parallel opening windows of any size comfortably with whisper-quiet motion. A classic fitting is combined with a ultra-modern drive in the ATRIUM HS® comfort drive. With a new class of motor and intelligent controls, the HS comfort drive automatically lifts and slides panels effortlessly with sashes weighing up to 300 kg. It is also great to adjust and install thanks to its simple electric connections.
Sashes weighing up to 400 kg can be readily unfastened by hand. The electric drive then does all the hard work and slides the window open. Used with any fitting, the drive is eminently suitable as a retrofit to existing lift and slide elements. This inexpensive solution is able to meet occupants' changing requirements and can be combined with almost any lift and slide fitting.
