It can be that simple: one press of a button suffices and a large window panel opens. The generous transition from the interior to outdoors increases living comfort while also delivering a great deal of light and fresh air. This system is the perfect little helper for opening and closing glazed doors without using any force, especially for large and heavy panels up to 440 kg. The window panel is conveniently operated using a smartphone or tablet in combination with a wireless router and can also be integrated into smart home systems such as mediola®. The drive can also be activated conventionally directly on the panel, using either the operator keypad or a push-button box, which can incorporate commercially available push-buttons or series-parallel switches. Even constantly changing users will have no problems with the technology.

With this motor, the comfort drive technology delivers whisper-quiet, smooth operation, making it highly suitable for noise-sensitive areas. The integrated anti-trap guard ensures users can operate the window panel safely – if an obstacle gets in the way, movement is stopped instantly, thus preventing hazardous situations. This makes the motorised lift and slide system highly appealing for places where there are small children, elderly people or pets.
For universal use
With simple electrical connections and a whole variety of concealed and screw-mountable installation types in wood, PVC and aluminium, the Comfort drive underpins the MACO and HAUTAU modular system solution even more clearly. This not only allows the ATRIUM® HS fitting up to 440 kg to impress, but the fabricator can too. A weight increase for the RAIL hook gearbox is also in the pipeline.
